He went out of his way to help me get into a unit that fits my needs and even helped fix a couple of mistakes I made during the leasing process. The unit was also offered at a reasonable price. Clean, seems secure enough, the price is fair and renting a unit through the website it easy. They did not send me the code for the lock on my unit until about a 10 days after I tried to access the unit and left several voicemails over about 7 days. So the communication is not strong with the people managing this facility. Everything else is what you would expect though“
